I am biking from the Netherlands to Spain (St. Jacques also known as Santiago de Compostela). My bike is perfect (Santos) but it made a strange noise when I was using the bicycle padels. I went into the shop, they asked me immediately if they could help me. They discovered very soon the problem and fixed it. I didn’t have to pay at all. Thank you so much!
