Mauvaise expérience suite à un achat en click and collect.
Je commande une chaîne de vélo Shimano à Barentin, ma femme travaillant dans la ZAC.
Alors quand on propose un article ayant déjà été déballé, on s’assure a minima qu’il est complet.
Pas d’axe pour la fermer alors qu’il y en a normalement 2, et chaine n’ayant pas été remballée....
